Daily Flow combines Apple Calendar context with local Markdown journal files.
Choose Connect Calendar if you want events beside your journal. Daily Flow works as a journal without calendar access.
Your entry is saved automatically as a dated Markdown file. Use Preview to see the rendered result or the external-editor button to open the same file elsewhere.
A Flow is something that develops over time. Habits are optional and appear below the journal on their scheduled days.
Change the journal folder in Settings. If a file changes externally while you have unsaved text, Daily Flow lets you keep the external version, your version or both.
